A few words about me

Hello, I am Ahmed Rami Elsherif, an IT
professional with an accumulated experience
in web application development and IT project
management of more than 25 years. Managing and observing others manage projects of different sizes and complexities I felt the lack of a user-friendly but powerful tool to help not only in projects planning but also in control and monitoring of the execution. Searching for such a tool I came across the open source dotProject initiative, which had many of the core features that I have been looking for in such a tool but did not include all my wish lists. Through wikiprojects, I aim to retake dP and deliver the most popular project management tool on the internet. I would do that by aligning it with PMI-PMBOK recommended processes, enabling it on mobile devices, plus many more enhancements. I intend to do that by interacting with all of you either through commercial relationship or on base of the open-source collaborative spirit.
